hello there i would just like to ask.if any one of you signed up with global care in makati or rochart global resource center? i would just like to know if it is ok or reputable agency?and if you can give me some more info much better tnx.hoping for your reply

Many places now are delaying taking on foreign trained nurses due to the long wait. You would do better contacting facilities in the areas you want to live and ask about being petitioned

Did that already when i was a tourist in cali but most employers, like what most of you mentioned here, do not petition nurses as of now due to retrogression so if there is somebody else in here knows a facility, preferably in CA or NY who petition nurses, please let me know. Thanks you.

Specializes in Medical and general practice now LTC.

Think you will find it is hard in NY to find a petitioner, we have had International students who studied in NY struggle for OPT and had to move out of state.

too bad for me I already signed Global Care MOA (memorandum of Agreement) not really a contract, for a year. The agreement stated that Rochart/Global Care will be your sole agency while you were under the MOA. They would only match your qualifications to their client hospitals. If the employer/hospital meets your requirements they will interview you and send you a contract. When Rochart/Global Care already finds you an employer that is when your MOA/contract with ends. Now it is between you and your employer.

According to the president of Rochart/Global Care they are profiting from their client which are the hospitals, and may be to those nurses who pulled-out their MOA. Because if you want to back-out you have to pay them 25,000Php.

As for nurses who do not have experience you are welcome in Global Care but.... they will not line you up for their clients. You have to have at least 6 months current work experience/volunteer. And of course you have to be NCLEX and IELTS passer for your advantage.

As for me, its either i have to find a job or i'll just wait for that one year to end. How terrible!! I still have faith on this agency though, they did not promise me anything. I was very direct with Mr. President and he was very honest.

For those who want to sign-up with them your documents will be in their rooster, but your a priority if you have all the necessary requirements which are CURRENT NURSING JOB, NCLEX, IELTS & VISA SCREEN. Priority meaning your documents/profile has a higher chances to get an employer.:heartbeat
