Advice needed: how do you manage your bifocals at work? Do you wear them around your neck (dislike glasses dangling from my neck) or otherwise? And how do you handle them in isolation rooms?

I'm an RN in ophthalmology---my contacts and glasses are free =)

Yay for drugstore cheaters!! I constantly get compliments on mine. Sure, they're probably destroying my eyes but I only need a correction of one diopter. Hee Hee!!!

Oh, I buy drugstore cheaters too! I just do a single contact so pull those cheapies out for small print!

I just have to keep them on my face even when I don't need them or put them in a pocket. I also look over them!

I am near sighted, need readers, and now, middle vision (computer or the car dashboard) has gone to pot. It's progressive glasses for me now.

Getting older is not for the faint of heart.

My sister has glasses and she carries necklace reading glasses. Its very easy for her to take it off and put it on. In the isolation room she carries the same.
