Gift ideas for med school grad?

Not truly a "nursing" question, but I know y'all are awesome and have great ideas and understand the realities of the medical profession.

My cousin is graduating medical school, and I'd like to get her something personalized or fun as a gift. She doesn't need equipment, like stethoscopes or BP cuffs or the like. Things like gift certificates are also not a good bet (she pretty much buys whatever she wants already).

Over the years, I've gotten a few coffee mugs and some figurines that sit on the shelf as gifts. That's not really what I'm looking for for her. She'll be moving a lot with weight limits to her household goods, so things that sit on shelves probably aren't the best. I was thinking something from Etsy, something that she can use in her residency.

Anything come to mind?

Gift certificates for spa days or massages or the like nearby. They weigh nothing and she’ll make good use of them, I promise.

What a med school grad never has enough of is time.

How about a gift certificate for a food-delivery service? When my husband fell ill, the office pooled all their fantasy football money and got him a GrubHub gift certificate. When I was working and he didn't feel well enough to cook, that gift certificate was a very thoughtful and useful gift. 

Services that buy you time are usually worth it. When my brother was a medical intern and worked literally 80 hours a week, he used to send his shirts out to the dry-cleaners to have them cleaned and pressed, so he would not have to spend his very limited free time ironing. It was a splurge with his small income, but his attendings required the doctors to wear professional clothing.

I would suggest a power shredder something that cuts in 2 directions or an industrial fan if she is living or are going to live somewhere warm/hot. A year membership to Amazon Prime has been a popular gift with people I know.
