2013 GHSU CNL applicants

Published

Hi! Anyone else out there apply for the 2013 Georgia Health Science University's CNL MSN program? I just submitted my application for the early decision Nov 1 deadline. Let's chat!

Everyone is so helpful, thank you! (I think I'm going to have awesome classmates!) So now I will not be considering Dacula. I'm thinking I will be looking somewhere near Hwy 78.

Hello!! Congrats to everyone! I'll be having Augusta Classmates! Excited!

Hey, I'm looking to complete the CPR course for healthcare providers.

Does anyone know if it is BLS for Healthcare Providers or Heartsaver CPR? I'm not 100% sure which one the school needs.

Thank you in advance!

I have heard to wait till closer to August because of renewal times. But I think that GRU will offer one soon. At least they have in the past. Congrats Dang 08.

Pretty sure it's BLS for healthcare providers though. :-)

Does anyone know if we should we start reviewing any anatomy or anything in particular before classes start?

I can't wait to see what we need to be doing to prepare!! This wait is driving me crazy! But if other programs are an indication, yes. Especially anatomy review.

I've started reviewing some of my A&P because its been a while since I took those classes. If anyone in Augusta wants to me up for coffee and a review study session let me know :-)

I think I'm going to hold off on the CPR class right now, I'm sure they will offer one on campus over the Summer.

I volunteered to be a Teachers assistant in anatomy this semester so I wouldn't forget. So glad I did!! I agree about CPR. Hope Athens holds a class.

I am in Augusta and would definitely be down for some review sessions maybe towards summer!! Anyone else want to get together?

Thanks! I just want to get as much of this checklist done before things get too busy.

Congratulations to everyone that made it into the program. I too hope to be in your shoes:singing:. I wonder if those of you who were excepted would mind posting your stats as far as Degree, GRE score, gpa, volunteer hours and any other background that you feel helped you obtain your place in the CNL program.
