Hi! Anyone else out there apply for the 2013 Georgia Health Science University's CNL MSN program? I just submitted my application for the early decision Nov 1 deadline. Let's chat!

I'm just curious. I just checked my application status page from a link they send to my e-mail-spam. It says I'm missing the Clinical Nurse Leader Essay.

Is this the same for anyone else? I just remember turning in an essay, but I'm not 100% sure.

Nope. Mine says nothing about it. They made the essay seem like a very critical part of the application process in the open house. Mine was 4 pages. :-)

Thanks so much for the link! Mine also says I'm missing the essay, but I know I'm not because the application had to be completed for them to even look at it!

According to GRU college of nursing Facebook page, they are introducing the new uniform/ patches for pre licensure nursing students this Thursday (25th) at 4pm. Maybe this will get the ball rolling. :-)

What kind of computers are y'all getting for the program?

So I wonder if the uniform will be totally changing then? I believe that it was blue before right? As long as it isn't white ill be fine, lol!

Hi everyone, I found out I was accepted into the program a few weeks ago and I've been trying to go through the checklist they sent us. Has anyone been able to log into their Outlook email acccount yet? Everytime I enter my NetId and password it says it's incorrect. I'm trying to figure out if it's just not set up yet in their system or if I need to contact someone. They cashed my deposit check on 4/16. Also, has anyone started a closed facebook group for those in the program like the class of 2013 has so we can all communicate that way? If so can someone post the link to join?

How did you receive your net id and password?

In the orientation packet it tells you to go to http://www.georgiahealth.edu/pulsepoints/ to get your net id and password. The page has all the links you need but here's how you get your net id/password.

"To locate your NetID, search GHSU’s online directory, eGuide. Once you access the eGuide page, search for yourself by last name. The email address listed is your Georgia Health Microsoft Outlook e-mail account. The first part of the address is your NetID.

Your initial password is your birth year and the last four of your SSN. International applicants and/or those without a Social Security number will use the first letter of their last name followed by their nine-digit student ID (PULSE ID). This number is included on your admission contract."

Mine still says incorrect login using the correct login and the birth year and last 4 of social as the password... Anyone else having problems too?

I'm still having trouble logging in too.

I've had trouble logging in. I think we are suppose to wait for an e-mail. I'm not 100%, but I called tech- 706-721-4000. They changed my password and then sent me to- password.gru.edu

After I logged in there and changed my password I was able to log into the e-mail system.
