GHC fall semester is going great! Lots and lots of fun. How do you guys in Marietta like your instructors?

hey guys, I emailed them about the videos we are suppose to read like (Y87)...I think those are the ones on reserve. Here was her response to me:

"Also, do not worry about the videos. You have all the videos you need on either the Weber or the Mosby CD. Somehow we missed removing the videos from the outlines"

For those who didn't cancel the southern poly parking pass, they took the fee off my account today and I didn't have to call. So maybe they took it off everyones without making out lives that much harder. lol.

Has anyone finished their genogram? I have been working on it awhile. I am having a hard time with it. I am stuggling w/getting it mapped out. I have a lot of people that I need to put on there. Help!

are we doing the genogram for our 60 and over year old, or for ourselves?

Check Appendix A of the Assessment book.

Kaylan9- the genogram should be about you and your family, I think. Who knows I am wrong alot!!! but I am doing the genogram based on me and my family!!!

Based on the instructions given for the genogram it is based on your 60 yr old + interview.

I am confused about the genogram....do we do it for ourselves, or for the person we are interviewing??

I'm doing mine on the person I am interviewing, who will either be my grandad or grandmother, which includes me. so I'm covered both ways. However I do believe we are supposed to do them both on the 60 year old. Remember this is not for a grade, just to give us experience.

OK....I was so wrong about the genogram!!!! I am gonna do mine on my g'mother..that will make it easier!!

Hey guys! I did a vital sign outline and posted it on Vi$t@ for those of you interested!! It may or may not help you. I just thought I would share it with everyone!!!

What you are doing in Marietta and what we are doing in Rome..... COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!, lol. We just interviewed someone in class. Kind of awkward, NO? I mean, we had to ask if you had an STD, what your sexual practices were, do you take any medications. I'm thinking a lot of people probably lied. Also, we don't even have a genogram in our list of things to do and we have all of our assignments through the end of test one, at least I hope they don't throw that one out on us.

I guess the wellstar requirements are different.
