I look forward to getting to know others who are going through the process! Enjoy the day!
I'm so nervous and worked up about this I have a stomach ache. I can NOT focus on studying for Micro!! I really hope it's tomorrow, waiting another whole weekend would be torture for ALL of us. It could be less than 24 hours guys.. So excited!!!
I know I'm grasping at straws here, but I feel confident tomorrow will be the day, especially because you were given a time to check. It has to be.
Anyhow, to change the subject I was reading old thread yesterday, and it sounds like some schools have a family orientation night, when they tell your family be prepared to never see your loved ones again! lol. Is this true?
Oh wow, Im not sure if that orientation for family is true or not. I know we will have one in the summer at some point, maybe sooner than that...hopefully our acceptance package will tell us more info on that. I really hope that tomorrow is the day. I know what you mean about this affecting your health. Loosing hair is not cool either.
I don't know if the family orientation thing is true. Each college has the freedom to do their own thing, so maybe some of the college do. I don't think NV or NW do a family orientation. It sounds neat. I try to explain to my husband what to expect, but he doesn't get completely I don't think. I have said things like "if I get assigned to Yale-New Haven for clinicals, I will have to leave by like 5:00am, so you have to get the kids ready for school" and he is just like "Ok"...and I try to explain why I would have to go the clinical site the day before to research the patient and I still don't think he fully gets how much of a time-commitment there is. And that doesn't even factor in study time!
The nice thing about them posting everything online is we will have our information packet online to print! So, we don't have to wait for that to come via snail mail either!

Thanks July. At least that's something to go by.
