Today, another nurse pretty much threw me underneath the bus to save her own neck. She ****** up but instead of admitted to her own mistake she turned it on me and made it look like I caused her mistake. I feel like I should turn in every mistake she makes in.

No matter where you work or what you do, people like that are everywhere. Just keep your nose clean & keep doing what's right. Don't worry about others & always CYA.
Yeah I'm starting to figure that out, thanks :).

Just know - 'what goes around, comes around' eventually. I believe it'll all just takes time.
Tit-for-tatting just makes you look bad. Avoid it. Good luck.

I would probably want to make sure that the record didn't reflect her inaccurate account of what actually happened because it could come back and bite you in the butt.
I totally get the feeling of wanting to make sure people know about every little mistake she makes in the future, but those types of things tend to escalate and nobody comes out a winner.

Sometimes it is not worth it to devote so much time, energy, and vengeance on petty coworkers. Don't allow this other nurse to rent space inside your head. Trust me, it takes a lot of effort to become a workplace tattletale, and you'll alienate people in the process.
