Anyone taking Gerontology summer semester? Any insight what I should expect? I just took Global Health and spent 25 hrs a week on a 3 credit hour course. Hoping for a whole lot less work.

I've read a couple posts about global health. My advisor didn't mention this class when telling me what remaining classes I had left. Is it a nursing course? I already have a bachelors so I'm hoping OU accepted one of my courses instead of me taking global health.

There are 9 nursing courses you MUST take at OU. Nursing 4510, 4520, 4530, 4540, 4550, 4560, 4570, 4580, and 4600. Your DARS report will tell you if there are any additional pre-requsite or general education courses you need to take.

Global Health was one of the courses offered to meet the cross-cultural perspective requirement. I liked the content, but the grading was brutal, and the amount of work was unberable. Because of that, I wouldn't recommend it.

yeah I goggled it and saw it wasn't a nursing class and checked my DARS and I don't have to take it! thank god!

Now I'm trying to get this last paper done!

Done with this class! The TA made this class not enjoyable. Brutal. I pray I never get her again.

I am enjoying this break! Wondering if anyone is taking NRSE 4540, 4580, 4600, PRCM 3250J this FALL?
