I had an interview for a PRN position at a LTC/ Rehab facility in a smallish town in Washington state. The interview went well and they offered me the job. I'm new to this state, from the midwest. I have 6 months experience as an RN and several as an LPN. Does around $25/hr seem appropriate for the area/ my experience / the setting? I was getting $22.50/hr in the midwest full-time. Cost of living was a lot less there.

For an RN, I wouldn't work in a SNF for less than $27-28/hr as a newbie. As an LPN, I made $21/hr just starting in an ALF and knew LPN's making $24/hr in SNF's.
