Georgia State Perimeter College Fall 2019

Hi all! I wanted to start a thread for those applying to Perimeter for the fall 2019 program.

I take my TEAS this afternoon and will be sending in my application after that. Good luck to everyone trying to get in!

You should get USPS Informed Delivery, it tells you what mail is coming by email. I got it so I don’t have to check and just know when it’s otw.

I saw people doing that last year looking for their acceptance letters! I only didn't as I figured I would be even more anxious knowing there was a letter there but not what was in it. It's a really cool service the USPS offers!

I just signed up for the informed delivery. I really hope they send out the letters before April 2nd because thats when the new applications open. Does anyone know how many people they accept for Fall?

Around 80 people I think. What new applications? Like for the next semester?

Hey Everyone. Y’all stats are amazing. I’m even more nervous now. ? I have a friend that got into the spring 19 program. She said it’s a lot at first and the instructors are intense but it has gotten better with time. Good luck to everyone. ????

Hey again everyone. I just wanted to say I looked through the spring 19 thread and they began getting acceptance/denial letters around September 17. Someone also said she got denied and reached Out and asked why and they said her stats were good but they don’t take anyone with a read below 70 so that’s why she didn’t get in. Just sharing some info. ??

There's a ton of info if you dig through the past years. Google georgia perimeter and what semester/year it was and it'll bring up the threads within a few responses. I think last year, they found out around the first week of April for fall semester. The year before that was early March. So who really knows. And I agree with above, I think it's about 80 people in the fall semester and 40 for spring.

Also, I had a friend with decent stats. GPA around 3.5 for both overall and science, 65 for first TEAS attempt and 75 second time around, and she still hasn't gotten in. It gets so competitive when so many people apply!

I was hoping that we would hear something back by today because I saw that fall 2018 class got their acceptance letter back Monday april 2, but maybe we'll get them tomorrow. I can't wait any longer!?

I had my boyfriend call the nursing department because I was scared ?but they said they are sending the letters out today! But they claim it wont come until next week or the week after that.
