Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey guys!! I wanted to know if any of you guys planned on applying to georgia state perimeter ASN program in the Spring time?? I wanted to hear yall input, stats, TEAS, acceptance rate and everything else! also I had question. Does it matter if you failed other non nursing related courses? like does that automatically disqualify? or do they just focus on the courses needed for nursing?? but overall I know there deadline is July 31st so im nervous!

Alright now I’m positive I’m about to be denied LOL.

Nooo keep your head up there probably sending more out.

Does anyone understand the shipping times for the uniforms? It says estimated ship date is December 26, but is that just for if you order on the deadline? Or are they all supposed to ship out then? I wanted to get them asap so I have time to try on and exchange if needed

Y’all I still haven’t gotten anything.

Hi y’all. I’ve been an active member of this group since day one of application. I was lucky enough to get accepted into nursing program ADN at Perimeter college last semester. I know it’s frustrating, stressful for everyone at this stage but trust me, it worths to wait. There are even more challenges are waiting for y’all in nursing school and lemme tell y’all, it’s extremely stressful and competitive. I believe everyone can do it! and even though you can’t get in this semester, just keep moving forward and don’t give up. I have been denied for a couple times and I learned a lot from those failures but I never gave up. Just wanna give some motivation and encouragement to everyone. I share my stats for whoever curious ( GPA 3.7, TEAS 84- 70 reading and 95 math)

Goodluck!!

Did the director let you guys know any information about whether or not everyone who is to be accepted has been accepted? I didn’t receive any email at all throughout last week.

I believe they send out the decision letters in wave. Usually they will notify whoever get accepted first then they gonna wait to hear a response from accepted candidates ( usually in 2 weeks) then if any of those deny their spots, they will consider give that spot for whoever in waitlist. That’s why they can’t send all out at the same time. That’s what I heard from the nursing administration office the last couple semesters. Things may change and may not in order all the time.

Do you submit your confirmation through e-mail or do you mail it?

Nothing you can do about that. My class was divided into 3 groups. One go to Manor care, 1 go to Wellstart and last one go somewhere I forgot. Locations change every semester.
