I had a meeting with them this past week manali92! They extended the deadline to February 14th, but they said they're giving priority to those who met the first deadline! Woohoo! I was file complete October 28th so I'm ready to know!! Hopefully they'll release some soon, but they said definitely before April 1!

Ugh does that mean we won't hear a decision now until after the new deadline of Feb. 14th?

I can't believe they extended it again! That sucks for everyone who got everything in already and it also increases the amount of applicants and makes it more competitive! I hope I have a shot at getting in!

Maybe they increased it because there weren't enough applicants? I have seen that happen at other schools, oddly enough.

They pushed it back so that everyone that got apps in at the last minute would be able to get all their other documents in!

But, we should get an email today explaining.... :)

Hello all! I have also applied to GRU BSN 2014, Athens ONLY. I'm a student now at North Georgia. I applied to GRU, Kennesaw & University of North GA nursing. Hoping and praying one of them will work out for me, they are all excellent BSN programs :/

I got a letter in the mail from GRU today, an evaluation of some sort, just had all of my transferable classes listed and my overall & science/math GPA. Have y'all received this? Did anyone get an email about the extended application deadline? I did not. Cheers and best of luck to us all!!

I got this letter in the mail, but it was really hard to follow! I also never received anything about extending the deadline. What are y'all's stats if you don't mind me asking? I have a 3.77 overall and made an 84.7 on my teas exam. I hope that's enough to get me into Regents or KSU.

My overall GPA is a 3.76 and Math/Science GPA is a 3.85, according to the letter I got in the mail. I took the TEAS earlier this month and scored an 86. Fingers crossed! Did y'all apply to Augusta, Athens or both?

Im also a student at North Georgia right now. I have applied to GRU, Kennesaw, Emory and UNG. I hope I can at least get into one of the programs. I still have not received anything from GRU stating my overall GPA and what not. I do know that my overall GPA is a 3.56 and my sciences/math is a 4.0. My TEAS score was an 84.4. Best of luck!
