Hey!

I wanted to start a thread for those applying to Mercer's nursing program starting fall 2019. As of now, I know that the application has not been opened but they did say is should open sometime this month. I am on my last semester of prerequisites, which consists of microbiology and the lab and philosophy. I had my transcript evaluated last semester and was told my transfer GPA is a 3.349 and my science GPA is a 3.000. I highly recommend you guys get your transcript evaluated, especially those transferring! I have 2 years experience as a CNA in home care and 1 in the hospital setting along with some hospital volunteer hours. Share your stats, advice and questions. Good luck to everyone!

I just got an email saying that they received my enrollment form/reservation fee and that I would get more info in the coming up months. I feel like I should already have information abut orientation, requirements, etc??? Has anyone else gotten any other information, or have y'all just gotten the email saying we'll get more info soon?

Just got an invitation for an interview, I'm SO nervous. I know you can't exactly discuss the interview but can someone tell me: How many people are in the interview? / Is it a mix of A&P + personal questions? - I've been looking up things on youtube but still need some help!

I got the invitation to interview this morning! I am so excited but also VERY nervous!

Does anyone have any tips or pointers for preparing for this?

Just curious when is your interview?

I don't know yet. They said they would send a follow-up email with a time and date in a few days!

Yeah, how long does it take for the email to come though for an interview? I’ve been waiting for the email for a week now!

It took them about a month to get back to me about an interview. I was so anxious about it! I hope you hear something soon!

I just got an interview from Mercer! They sent a link to register for a date and time; However, the dates are only May 21st and May 23rd. I will be out of town on May 23rd, but I am available on May 21st. The problem is I can not register for May 21st. It would not let me click that specific date. Is anyone having this problem?

I am scheduled to interview on May 23rd. I am extremely nervous. Is there anyone who can share what to expect on the interview?
