Georgetown University CRNA DNAP 2021

Anyone applying this year? Just wanted to get a thread going.  I'm about to submit my application soon :)

Specializes in CVICU.

Yes I applied this year and I meet all of the requirements so I was just curious how the applicant pool looked, because I was not offered an interview.

Got it.  Well there were 203 applicants.  They interviewed about 100, and the class size is around 20-25 from what I found.  Best of luck with your other applications!

I have a 3.76 GPA, then the required certs (PALS, ACLS, BLS, CCRN) 2 years cardiac/neuro ICU, plus military background

My overall GPA is 3.8, 3 years ICU, preceptor, committees, shadowing, research publication, and certs: CCRN, PALS, ACLS, NRP, TNCC.

I’m also a strong writer, but interviewing is a weakness of mine unfortunately. Everyone I interviewed with seemed like very competitive applicants. This wait from schools is starting to get to me ?

You’ll do great ellebelle!  The wait is almost over.  ?

Hoping we hear back today. I’m just getting off a night stretch and won’t be able to sleep today. This is the week!

For those who interviewed, did anyone complete that additional optional diversity essay they added after the deadline?

curious if it will factor in to admission or become a part of the application in the future.

LOL I’ve been refreshing my email nonstop today but hopefully tomorrow!!

Check the portal! I’m in! I’m in shock!

Just got my acceptance!  They sent an email saying my application had been updated.  When I went into the application portal, the letter offering admission popped up.  I would love to chat with others that are accepted.  Good luck!

I’m shaking! I’m in too and I’m accepting the offer ?
