Anyone applying this year? Just wanted to get a thread going. I'm about to submit my application soon :)

For me personally, I couldn’t help but fall more in love with the program. I want it that much more haha. As far as the interviews I wish I could have done the student one first to loosen me up and then the one with the professors after. Otherwise I have mixed feelings about it, some good some bad. Definitely not looking forward to the wait!
I think it personally went well for me. I agree that by doing the student interview first it really took away a lot of the nervous stress I had for the faculty interview. Only thing I think I tripped up on was my "questions for them" part, I had asked a question in the intro earlier and then all of my other questions were asked by the other applicants or the faculty spoke about what I had wanted to ask! LOL.
does any one remember if they said they had 3, or was it 4, more days of interviews?
So I submitted late, oct 14th to be exact. I got an email hours later thanking me for submitting my application, that my application was complete and that they have begun the initial review process..should I expect another email stating my application is under a final review?
Wondering if I didn’t get in...from the sound of it everyone is getting interviews with 48hrs of the submission. But I wonder if because I’m late they are taking their time looking at mine along with other procrastinators’ applications first.

That was probably the automated email and I am sure you will receive another email if you are invited to an interview. I took longer than 2 days to hear back but I still got invited for an interview, not sure if that is a bad sign but an interview is an interview...

Ahh Thank you for letting me know this:) It definitely calmed my nerves hearing that. Your totally right, doesn’t matter how long, you still got the interview. Congrats and hope you get it!

Did you guys feel it was supportive haha. I’m reading other forums where for interviews, the faculty will try to make you sweat LOL. Is the student interview more for us to ask them questions on what they feel about the program??
