Hello Everyone!

Since we are in the midst of getting our applications submitted for the upcoming Fall 2016 semester, I figured I would reach out to anyone who may also be applying to see where everyone stands. I'm sure we are all wondering if we have the right criteria to get accepted.

A little about myself: I have a 3.4 overall GPA with a 4.0 in Nursing prerequisites. I wish my overall GPA was higher but it is what it is. At the Information Session, an advisor said I was in good standing to at least be accepted into George Mason, but I am still unsure if I'll be accepted into the Nursing program. Here's to hoping!

I have yet to take my HESI exam (scheduled in 4 days) but I'm studying my tail off! I'm so overwhelmed with studying A&P since it's so broad (we could be asked anything). I would love to hear from anyone who has already taken the exam and can provide some insight as to how they did.

I've already been accepted into Shenandoah's program and opted not to apply for George Washington's program for the simple fact that it is the most expensive in the area (albeit being a great program). At the end of the day, passing the NCLEX is what matters, right?

I hope to hear from a few more of you soon! And I'm crossing my fingers for all of you and definitely me!!! :)
