I am still waiting also but my application is different due to re-admission. Are you OUAC101 or 105d?
OUAC10. How about you?
I am 105d

Hey,
I applied to the George Brown/Ryerson nursing and the Ryerson nursing programs. Today I got wait-listed. I have a 94 average and met all academic requirements, and even had hospital volunteer experience.
I am also very nervous and scared that I'm not going to get in.
Sorry to hear that Merille, 94% is very high. Did you have 94% in second semester or first semester? I am also waitlisted with 88%, 3.6 gpa.
That was my overall average for the year. I was confident that having over a 90 average would seal me a spot. I'm still hopeful though, maybe I will hear back in June. If I don't hear back in a couple months, I may appeal my application for reconsideration.
From my understanding, the Ryerson site is more competitive - with a cut off average of 86-89, where as the George Brown site has a cut off average of 80-84. At this point I don't care which campus I get in to...I just want an offer!
You are applying under re-admission? Were you previously in Nursing or another program?
I was applying for re-admission but the admission committee said it's not fair for other applicants and were not sure if I could handle the workload again, given my situation.
I got into Seneca-York BScN and RPN program @ Cenntennial. I'll probably go to Centennial.
Time to move on I guess.
