Well this is my LAST semester of nursing school.. OFFICIALLY starts back on Aug 18th...

Well I went and got my books yesterday was looking at our ICU calendar, and our first test is on August 21st...

Keep in mind we dont start until the 18th.... So the 18th is orientation, 19th and 20th lecture, first test on the 21st...

Are they CRAZY... They just restructured this semester and we are the guinea pigs... Normally your first test isn't until week 3 or 4....

First test covers... Cardiovascular stuff, Parathyroid/Thyroid Problems, Intercranial Pressure, and Neuro problems...

Good thing I got the notes from the class before.. Time to start studying...

we always have tests right away too. I like it better though. keeps me on my feet.

Kay - our first LPN test was the second day of class! - Was a 72 question Med Term test and was probably the toughest of all the Med Term tests we had! I would strongly suggest you begin learning prefixes, suffixes word roots and combining forms as soon as you get your Med Term book!

Well I'm sure I will do fine.... I have been trying to get myself motivated to get back into the books.... I'm glad I didn't wait until a couple of days before classes to get my stuff... I really would have freaked :)lol
