What kind of shoes do you wear to clinical? We must wear white, leather shoes that lace up the front. They can be sneakers as long as the emblem on them is small & not flashy. Do you have any suggestions?:)

I have been an RN 4 years & have worn SAS "Freestyle" shoes, which are white. lace ups, & look kind of like Reebok tennis shoes. They cost me a whopping $110/pair, but my feet never hurt, even after 12 hr shift & they are well worth it. I LOVE them!!!:roll

In my 4 year experience as a nurse I have tried many styles of shoe from the athletic (nike, reebok, sacony) to clogs, to kiking shoes. I find that you get what you pay for and I have just seen too many deformed feet in my career to even attempt to wear a shoe that did not fit or support my foot properly. Not everyone likes the fit, but I swear bu Merrells. They are so comfortable and have many styles from leather upper clogs, to ventilated to lace up. They even have a sandle. I prefer th jungle moc. I even have a pair that I wear on the street.
