I'm having a blank moment. The question asks "
Do you currently hold, or have you ever held, a professional license or certificate of any kind " in my state or any other state, Does a PCT count?

TIA

Sure seems like it would ...assuming you tested for it and it wasn't an on the job training sort of thing.

It wants a state though, and the PCT is national. When it asks for jurisdiction and I put "national" an error message says state. So just my state is ok even though it's a national certification? (sorry like I said I am having a blank moment, had pinning and graduation just recently!!!)

Is it actually a license, or could it simply be a certification?

Certifications are not licenses. PCTs are not licensed. Certified, yes. If it's not taking it, I would not stress!
