Which do you prefer??? My school in HOU had the exam on the computer and your score is displayed right after you click the FINISH buttom, another thing too once you answer a question, you cannot click back to change it.

I like paper ones, but im a big "double checker" and i hate how on the computer ones you cant go back and re-read it and change your answer. paper ones 100%!!!!

I like paper better , too. We do have computer tests and I guess this will prepare us for NCLEX, though we can go back and adjust our answers.

We do both, but the ones on the computer we can change answers. When we are all done, then we hit submit. I don't mind them.

How much math are on the NCLEX? I hated the HESI peds exam with the calculations. I totally could have used paper but you can't.

I take exams on computer online for my RN to BSN program, and perfer those. I like instantly getting a grade if it's a multiple choice test. The Webct program my school uses allows for answers to be changed, and when you hit submit it says "are you sure???", so plenty of time to double check and reread and change, although I'm not big on rereading and changing answers, I go with my first choice 99.99% of the time. :)

I don't have a preference as long as you can go back (when taking the computer exams) and check/change an answer. The only test I have taken on the computer where I couldn't go back was the HESI. HESI wasn't difficult, but it did expose me to that type of testing. If they were all administered the way the HESI was, I would have to vote for paper exams

Agree with you that I don't really care as long as I can review questions. Though I think that I am more likely to double check answers with paper. That's part of my problem, I rush through too fast that I need to double check.

Paper! My test questions were always circled, underlined, marked through, I write questions, answers, thougths on them. My tests were always a mess!
