i need help!! i am working on making a shirt for our :) competition and was wondering if any one had any funny ideas for nursing student nursing diagnosis!! we need some ideas. if you have any other ideas for some t-shirts then i would love to here them!!

what about something about sleep deprivation or anxiety r/t tests and clinicals.....

Yesterday during class we were talking about cultural awareness in treatment planning and one of the things was wearing a garlic-like root around the neck to ward of sickness and i said "risk for vampire attacks"... then, in relation to our next exam my friend said "risk for freaking out". these are both pretty silly but they were funny at the time.

i like self-care deficit. i like confusion, anxiety, etc, but i don't think i want other people to think we're caring for them while confused! :chuckle
or:
ms.t is a 29 year old nursing student with a history of stress and anxiety. she complains about lack of sleep in the recent past and presents with increased blood pressure, frazzled appearance and unattended roots. the priorty nursing intervention is .....
okay, maybe that's too long for a t-shirt.
and we could have ones for the kids and husbands too!
risk for imbalanced nutrition, less than requirements r/t husband's ability to operate the stove.
