Hello fellow nurses,

I am started getting reaquanted with my husband and kids, and got to watch a movie (guilt-free) ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Specializes in Nurses who are mentally sicked.

Study for the NCLEX..

Then wait for your license...

Then take a vacation before you are totally burnt out in the nursing field.

Good luck.

I just finished school this week as well...It feels so strange to NOT study!! Its definitely gonna take some getting used to. I have vegged out for two days. Hubby said "since you're through with school -- now you can be a wife and mother again" I responded--My body may appear like its here at home, but my mind and spirit are on the beach!! You're gonna have to wait a few more days dear.

Specializes in Home Health Care.

I'm starting by leaving for a 3 day trip to Disney World & 4 day cruise to the Bahamas with my husband and kids on graduation day (5/17!). When I get back, I plan to sleep in, take up golfing after a 4 yr absence, swimming, boating, and enjoying my life to how it used to be. My hobby of genealogy has been on hold for so long, I'd really like to get back to that...then mid-summer I have 4 day review, then I'll try to take RN boards or plan to re-take any classes I didn't happen to pass... also, This fall when the kids are back in school, I plan to accept a PRN position either as LPN, or hopefull RN!
