I have been reading (and feeling) about the stress related to life and nursing school and I would like to make a suggestion.

In May (when hubby and I split), I started a journal....I can't tell all of you how much it helped. If I was angry, I wrote it, .... if I was happy, I wrote it. In the beginning it was every single day until the divorce and a little beyond. After that, I started writing about 1-2 times per week. Now it's like a habit.

I hope this helps some of you work through the issues that have reared their ugly heads since starting school and life in general. Let me know how it's going with the journaling!:kiss

I also journal. I started many years ago. It helps to get my true feelings out, rant and rave without judgement. Plus, with all of my friends being as busy as I am, they don't really have time to listen to me whine for hours.

I always splurge on my journals, like the pressed floral ones with torn pages. Always makes me feel a little better than writing in a notebook.

I have been keeping a journal while in nursing school. My mom suggested that I start one and she bought me a few insirational journals to get started. I am so glad that I did this because I can already look back and see progress and growth. I will have it forever and 20 years from now I will have some funny stories and some defining moments written down for all time.
