I landed the job!!!

I just wanted to brag for a second!!! I just got my letter that I was accepted to the job I wanted. It's full-time on a step-down ICU. Lots of med/surg but also has 12 monitored beds. I am so excited, it's in a large, very advanced hospital. I am actually working there for clinicals right now and most everyone I've told I was applying was rooting for me, I can't wait to tell them tommorow. Thanks for anyone who took the time to read this post!!! :Melody:

When i told some to the nurses and aids i was hoping to work there they said they would mention something to the nsg director when they saw her. I guess it worked because I got a response rather quickly. A word of advice is if the hospital offers online application, go that route. I've heard they like that better b/c it's less easy to lose and easier to process. Some of my classmates applied at the same time as me, but on paper, and they still haven't heard anything yet. So keep that in mind as you begin you job search. Thanks for your support everyone!!!!
