Last night was our pinning ceremony and now I finally feel like it is all over! We are the first Winter graduating class for my school and the ceremony was much smaller, and more intimate, than it would have been for the May class since it just included our campus and not all 3 of them.
I am so excited! Now all of those "when I graduate" plans can move ahead. We can contract out some work that our house needs, buy clothes for my kids when they need them, splurge a little on myself-now that I can wear nail polish I plan to get a manicure...
I start in L&D in January and plan to go on to get my CNM after my teens leave for college themselves.
I know I don't post much but I love reading this forum; I just wish I would have discovered it 2 years ago when I started this journey!
Congratulations. I sure know about watching the budget and putting off fixing the house. My husband is adamant we are going to neglect the house for the next 2 years.
You accomplished a major goal. Pat yourself on the back.
:balloons: :monkeydance: :balloons: Congratulations!!! :balloons: :monkeydance :balloons: Wow, I bet it feels wonderful! You should be proud of yourself, all of your hard work has paid off!
