Failed Med Surge III

Well I failed out of Med Surg III can you believe it? In the last semester? I have done pretty good for the whole nursing program and then bam. I only missed it by a couple of points too. I have petioned to get back in after spring break and I hope they will let me. But one of the biggest disappointments is to not graduate with the people I started with. On top of it all for the past 4 months I have dealth with my sick mother who has metastatic cancer so I have that along with my two children, husband etc to deal with. I feel like this last semester is a huge mountain I have to climb. Oh well has any one else had this experience? Give me some tips please on picking yourself up! Thanks in advance!

I'm so sorry. That must be very disappointing. Don't let it hold you back, though. Keep plugging along until you reach your goal!

I'm so sorry. Hopefully since you only missed it by a small amount, and with the added stress of a sick mother, they will let you in. They'd have to be very hard-nosed not to.
