I dont know the exact wording of it, but inpaired family coping due to newborn having health concern?
Or impaired bonding due to (im assuming), being in isolette to monitor temp?
Just trying here before I head off to bed!
Good luck!

Knowledge deficit R/T inexperience? or R/T NICU/nursery environment? Maybe? Is this a healthy term baby?
We don't know... they make us do our careplans the night before, but don't make us go get pt info the night before our newborn day.

Impaired gas exchange
Ineffective airway clearance (these would be related to immature lungs, not sure of the nanda term)
Thanks everyone!

Inclusion of new family member
Effective thermoregulation
effective gas exchange
