I searched for jpg and gif 's, found some and then saved them into My Pictures. Well, when I go to load them into my User CP to change avatar.... I keep getting a message , either it is too big or it is not a valid jpg or gif! Wassupwiddat? If anyone can help me... please.... I want a cute avatar, too!!! Everybody has nice pics but me!!! :( :imbar

Hi. I received your plea for asssistance and to be honest I have no clue how to fix this. I did leave your SOS for the other moderators and I am sure one of them can give you a helping hand. Please let all of us know when you've found your answer. I would like to learn how to do this as well.

Good Luck

Hi, try opening your saved picture using Microsoft PAINT. Start button, Programs, Accessories, Paint.

When it's open go to IMAGE and down to ATTRIBUTES. Tinker with it until you get it down to the 100 pixel size and save that version as something easy to find. Then follow the directions.

If you are on WebTV or a MAC however, I have NO idea how to do it.

Thanks everyone for all your help! P_RN... you got me started with the change, then I im'd my sister and she helped me finish ! Thanks again!!!
