We went three semesters - total of 12 months. Each semester was 19-21 credits. The good news is that a 36-40 hour work week now seems slow!!

Sorry that we kind of took over your thread there for a minute! I was wondering what accelerated programs you are looking into? I am looking into Grand Valley, Detroit Mercy, U of Michigan, and Wayne State in Michigan and IUSB, IUPUI, and Saint Mary's in Indiana.
Go to one of the info meetings at U of D Mercy. I heard they put together a sweet fin aid packet.

When are you planning to start? I am hoping to start Wayne this fall.

I did a 12 month accelerated BSN and my program was divided into 4 quarters. We took about 5 classes each quarter, so I guess it was about 18 credits. It was a really hectic year, both financially, academically, and emotionally. I did have some time on the weekends to go out with friends, but the majority of my time was spent devoted to school. It was totally worth it in the end though.

My program is also 16 months (May 2004-August 2005). We take 15-21 credits per semester (52 credits are required in 4 semesters). Basically, we will have NO life besides studying, eating, and ocassionally sleeping!
