WOOO HOOOO
THe financial aid Gods have decided to smile on me. Next year, after paying for tuition, books, and health insurance for my daughter and myself (through the school), I will be left with a little over $500 per MONTH to help with living expenses (for 12 months). Now granted, some of it is loans, but I'm SOOO okay with that.
Whew... I just can't stop grinning. :)
I hope everyone else has this great of luck with their financial aid.

Wow, Megan - that is GREAT news, I'm sure you're relieved!
I'm still waiting on an award letter myself, but am more worried about passing this one blooming class this semester (only 2 weeks left)!

UNLV has all of your financial aid info online. I've been checking it every day for the last 3 weeks. :)
I also found a public all day kindergarten, and an apartment building that is zoned for that particular school. I'm so excited, I feel like I'm going to burst

I'm going to be in the BSN program at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. My boyfriend will be attending school there as well, and he got almost as much aid as I did.
I'm only going to have to work like 15-20 hours per week now :)
