just had my second yearly evaluation at work from same nm:yeah:. last year i was smart enough to completely copy my evaluation. i feel it's a good thing i did. this year has been a rough one for me: family wise, personal life, and work wise as well. family wise 2 deaths in the family: effected the relationship with nm by having to take bereavement leave. nm hates time off work for anyone:down:. personal life: well death in family, obviously goes without saying, my personality, seems nm does not like my particular personality at all:madface:. work wise: great, except nm thinks i stress too much, thinks i am not nice enough to cna's, thinks i have an attitude problem. now this would not bother me so much if the similar things did not appear on my last yrly eval.

everything except the family death issues were on last yrs eval.:no::no::no:

BearyPrivate-Do you think maybe you need to do some soul searching to see if her evaluation is valid regarding the issues that showed up again on your eval? Ask others who know you well and who are honest with you (not flattering, but honest) if they see the same things she documented.

I'm sorry to hear about your losses. Those are really tough to deal with and I know it certainly couldn't have helped out at work.

Hang in there...

I agree, take a look at your pattern through a work day. Ask your NM if there is something you could be doing different. Talk with your cna's, sounds like someone has complained about you more than once for this to be on a yearly eval. Too bad people do not communicate with each other when conflict arises then you get slammed in an eval. I to am sorry for your hardships, but this is fixable. Stay strong and positive. Keep a smile on your face, even if you do not feel like it. Changes will happen.:wink2:
