Considering that bone growth is generated by weight bearing, I would think that the humerus would be likely to heal faster than nasal. That's just a theory though. It would depend on the fracture and the health of the person.

This was a test question I had. It said nothing at all regaurding the condition or details of the fracture (guess that is not needed info). Without siting the exam question word for word (can't to do that here lol:no:), Anyway, question was knowing about the physiology of bones and cartialiage which would heal faster? And that is all it said. Very poorly written test questions on these exams. The teachers claim to get the questions from NYCLEX, however, I'd like to see that source they are getting them from cause it sure the hell isn't the three NYCLEX practice exam books that I have:bugeyes:.

All things considered equal, I would say the humerus. Cartilagenous tissue (like nasal) is avascular. And therefore receives all of it's nutrients via diffusion. This is much slower than skeletal tissue.
