I think Lpn duties are more easier..

Are you even a nurse at all, RN or LPN? If you're not, then you wouldn't know. RNs and LPNs are similar, and there is a lot of overlap depending on the facility and specialty. When you're a nurse, you are responsible for the care or your patients and the care that you render, end of story. LPNs duties can vary so much from state to state because of scope of practice and facility to

facility. You can certainly "think" what you want but unless you're a licensed nurse, you wouldn't really know what you're talking about and your opinion wouldn't hold much, if any weight.

Unrealistic patient loads. This is NOT unique to RNs- it happens to CNAs, LPNS, RNs, and other providers (NPs, MDs, DOs, etc.)
