What is definition of different levels of care

My understanding is that if you are acutely ill you go to your primary care physician. If your illness needs the consult of another MD then that second MD is providing secondary care.

Are you a nursing student? If so, have you looked at how your textbook defines these terms? While we at AN are happy to help with homework, we do expect that you show us what work you've done so far. This enable us to help you with what you are having trouble with.

She could just as easily be a new grad. Not every question needs to be answered with "we're not doing your homework for you," however trivial they may seem.

However, it is impossible to help people asking such questions if they don't make the effort to show us what they found and where they are stuck. Looking at this poster's history, he/she has exactly one other post that is very similar to this in that it is only a question. Showing us what they know so far enables us to help them without rehashing what they already understand. It's a "help us to help you" thing.

Thank you for your feedback. I actually graduated in Dec of 13' I had a 4.0 in nursing school, made all A's , passed all my test, but for some reason I can"t pass NCLEX... I have taken it 3 times already and will be taking it again Feb 12th. I just don't"t understand what I"m doing wrong and the reason I was asking about the diff levels of care is because when doing practice test I got one of the answers wrong so I wanted to hear from one of you on AN about it and I don't"thave my books anymore because I let a new student have them all so she wouldn't have to pay for them...

Also, I know when removing ppe the order is gloves, goggles, gown, mask but on NCLEX it also had untie gown.. So do you untie the gown before you take off gloves or right before you remove gown? I just want to get it right.. Thanks
