I was wondering what MUC stands for and what that position is exactly? I assume it's a military term?

It says a MUC is a military award for outstanding performance. I was just wondering why they are calling the unit secretary a MUC? I know they show outstanding performance but is that the only reason?

Can you give more context? If it's the unit secretary, perhaps the UC part is "unit clerk" and the M stands for something like "medical" or other related term. A MUC in the military is unit level award, not a personal award, and in the military, you would not use it to refer to a person (not that we refer to people by the name of any award) anyway. Is this a position in an ad or something?
