Does anyone know what WEOP means? What kind of schedule is it?

Weekend option. My place of employment it means a 12 on Sat, Sun and then another on Fri or Mon. So 3 12's back to back on the weekend.

At my job it is fri, sat and sun. 12hour shifts am or pm. Weekend nights get paid 40% more than base, so something to think about.

I work this at my hospital. It is weekend option and at my job it means 2 shifts on the weekend. Any shifts fri night through sun night. We make almost double time for nights on weop and time and 1/2 for days. I like it.
