hi..just want to ask something.

I took my california nclex last year and unfortunately i did not pass. now im planning to apply for vermont. As i read the application form in vermont it ask if i already took the nclex. if you answer YES. you have to attach a failure letter from the board. Now they ask if you fail the 2nd time . you have to finish a review course and send a copy of a final score during the review. Now. i just want to ask . if i would just answer NO. would vermont know that i have already took the nclex in california and failed.?

Cause im thinking right now, what if i failed the 2nd time around..i would have to undergo again a full course review here in Philippines.and it cost a lot of money in my part. during my first take of nclex last year i had a full course review which cost me about 500 dollars....please help..for this decision i have to make..

Since the NCLEX is a national exam, I imagine they would know that you failed your previous time.
