Does anyone work doing UAS RN Assessments? I am interested in knowing what the job entails and what type of of salary it offers. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Oh I found a job description online:

Reporting to the Director of Home Care Department, the UAS Assessor Nurse (RN) will:

  • Complete necessary forms and assessment tools as mandated for UAS assessment
  • Visit clients at home, hospitals or nursing homes either alone or with another staff person to evaluate personal care needs
  • Contact client's health care providers, community supports and others as appropriate to obtain information pertinent to home care needs
  • Review medical and other pertinent documentation to determine level and kind of home care required
  • Coordinate and participate in special projects as required

I saw that Insurance companies hire for Long Term Managed care.

Does Anyone work for Fidelis Care as an RN Intake Specialist. I believe the job description is similar and requires doing RN UAS assessments.
