Hello there, I would love to get this project started so I have to have this interaction with a nurse online via email...are you okay with emailing each other? Just send me a private message. I have a consent form that you would have to fill out then send it back to me...are up for that? I sure hope so, this could be very interesting...hope to hear back from you.
