Shout out to Daytonite

I saw a couple of Joyce's PMs in my box today and have been thinking of her ever since. I figured I'd give her a shout out. My guess is she's keeping an eye on things. Would love to hear her take on the current state of nursing.

For those newer members who don't know Daytonite was an active member passionate to assist new nurses and students. Sadly she passed away a few years ago leaving a legacy of advice peppered through this site.

Do you know what ever happened to Cheezpotato? She just vanished one day. I loved Daytonite and Grntea as well

members come and go. Sometimes we know why, other times we do not. CheesePotato, a brilliant writer in my opinion, stopped posting more than two years ago but her articles are still available throughout the site. Sometimes reasons are personal and the general membership will never know why someone stopped posting

Some people just need to quietly move on to other endeavors, forums, venues. Sometimes they come back when they are ready. Some may not realize anyone even noticed they left. Others don't want to be found.

The site changes with each new member joining and each member that moves on. It's changed a lot since I first started, but life & the world have changed a lot in the past six years too.
