RN License post

Nurses General Nursing

Published

I took my NCLEX-RN on June 5th, I was scheduled to start at 11:30am but they let me start my exam early. Yesterday (June 7th) I FOUND OUT I PASSED!!! So now I'm just wondering why my some people I know took the NCLEX, one took it the day before me and the other took it the same day as me but at an earlier time...why has their license been posted to the South Carolina BON and mine hasn't?

Has anyone else had this happen?

I'm praying it's posted on Monday so I can transition from my nursing extern position to my new RN POSITION!! I've been sitting on pins and needles all day waiting on the email from LLR regarding my license post date but I still haven't received anything!

Obvious question, but if it hasn't posted, how do you know you passed?

NCLEX gives you the option to have a 48 hour test result. Some states do not allow this. I am assuming they do in SC.

It took mine a week to post. Just decide ends how quick the person who is updating your info at the BON office is. Luck of the draw.

Ah! California doesn't. But the PVT worked for me. I knew I had passed 40 minutes after the exam.
