Organizations to help with California Nursing licence

Hi does anyone know of any organizations in California that can help me get my licences transferred? I tried last year and had issues as the website I was supposed to update a document with locked and stated to contact the nursing board and I was unable to contact the nursing board as they did not respond via email and their phone message stated they were not taking calls after several months of calling daily. At this point I figured I need to go to Sacramento to have this completed but was hoping there is an organization that can help with this instead.

There is no organization that will magically get the California BON to answer their phones. You'd just be adding an extra step if you found someone to "help".

I Had a similar problem getting through to the CaBON regarding a license renewal. I had sent in all the paperwork and fees 6 months in advance and when my license had a week before expiration I tried calling. No answer and infuriating messages that they only answered during certain days and hours.

I called the Department of Consumer Affairs

(800) 952-5210 . and they were able to look up my license and solve the problem.
