Nursing and the US military, specifically USAF

Nurses General Nursing

Do you know anyone who has entered the military as a nurse? Specifically a registered nurse.

If you've seen some of my other posts, it says that I'm still considering becoming a police officer. Why? Because I want to help people. I have always had this deep desire to just do something great. And for a long time I also considered military service. However, due to my family, and desire to be close to them. I completely counted it out. But at this point, I know this. And that is that no matter what, getting a job is not going to be easy. And will probably require relocation. So maybe, this is what I was meant to do. Who knows. Maybe a few years from now I'll say this isn't for me. (The military) But I'm definitely going to consider it.

well after reading your last post it might not be for you the military is not going to change anytime soon just left 3 years ago and they will fight change tooth and nail and from all the people I know it will be very depressing not to be able to bring your family to family events and the military is trying to be all family first now plus if you are with the wrong partner they can use it against you so really think about if you want to hide your lifestyle all that time plus its not that great but nursing is the best job in the military
