Hi there,
I'm a brand new nursing student looking for a practising nurse to exchange a few e-mails with. School has required us, in first semester, to find a nurse to have an online interaction with and discuss nursing issues. I would greatly appreciate it if some kind nurse out there would help me out!!! I only need 3 interactions and they don't have to be long. It can be from any part of the world, and who knows, maybe it'll be fun! Thank you so much as I know your time is extremely valuable. I hope to hear from you soon!!!

Hey, I just graduated in May, I would be happy to help you with the project but I'm not sure if you need someone who has been working as a nurse longer than I have (a few months) :) Just let me know if I can help you with this or any other project!

Dear Beaches:
I've been in health care 30 years, 29 as Diploma RN, and 7 of them as NP. Have usually worked Rural --as in 2 nurses do ER, ICU (til the heli comes), OB, med surg and SNF. Some 5 years on a dedicated OB unit. NP years as sole provider in ER (again rural but not quite so small as previous.)
Had a health problem, now working as Agency RN.
Would love to visit with you both personally and professionally.

Have been an RN for over 9 years. I have done long term care, everything from staff nurse to DON. I taught nursing assistants for 3 years with the Dept of Labor and currently work on a med/surg floor with the VA.
Just put subject meantioning something about allnurse's so I don't accidently treat you like spam.
