Face to face interviewing is a skill. A skill that is extremely important to nursing as there is a ton of information that can be gathered during this process between verbal and non verbal cues. I think practing this skill is especially important in this day and age because of all of these electronic devices, although wonderful, keep people apart from interpersonal relations to learn certain social skills.

Go to your local schools, call you doctors office and make an appointment, go to the CVS or to any "Minute Clinic" and there is usually a Nurse Practioner there who can spare you a few minutes or check with your city or town for their board of health/health department and speak with the nurses there make an appointment with the DON of a local nursing home or local hospital......to be a nurse you need to learn how to interact with complete strangers and obtain very personal information in a short peroid of time.....a tough skill to learn and one that requires face to face practice.......I wish good luck.;)

With all due respect, the instructions say to "EMAIL" the interview questions.

So while a face to face interview would be nice, it would not be following instructions, and I would not be doing as told.

Since I have to hand in the interviews, I think I'll follow instructions as they are.

Ouch....snippy.......by all means follow your instructions. I wasn't trying to be offensive. I still believe this is the problem with nursing right now. We are losing the "touch". Just my :twocents::twocents:. if you need to still have questions PM me. I fullfill the administrator role. If you're still interested.:D
