I lost my CNA card and I need a new one. Does anyone know where to go online or by phone to get a new one mailed to me?

I WOULD CALL WHERE YOU RECEIVED YOUR TRAINING. OR THE BOARD OF NURSING. THEY MAY DIRECT YOU TO THE PROPER OFFICE. SORRY TO HEAR THAT GOOD LUCK!

if the health professions bureau has anything to do with your certification...try them. sorry don't know much about cna's. good luck
