HELP!!! I think I have a couple of swollen lymph node!

So I know you all probably think that I am crazy but I am concerned! I had a sty in my right eye on Monday it popped (ewww) and today I notice two pretty painful bumps on the right side by my ear and jaw. Locations are you know that thing on the ear that people get pierced (tragus)sp? it is right in front of that kind of on my cheek. The other is underneath my jaw right in the crease between my neck and my jaw. Is it possible that it could be drainage from the eye? I am just worried nursing school knowledge has me FREAKING OUT!!! Is this something I could have checked out or wait and see what happens?

I don't really think we are supposed to give medical advice on this board...so I am going to err on the side of caution. Go see your doctor. It's obviously not normal. I don't see how a sty on your eye and ear drainage/lymph node swelling are related...but again, you're not my patient. :) No one here has your full picture.

Definately get yourself to the doc and don't let what you learned in nursing school scare you. If we all did that, none of us would ever get out of bed in the morning!:p
