I dont know what I got bit by, but in a matter of seconds it formed this very raised welt about an inch long, it stings like nothing else, and the area around it is numb. The welt is growing and its getting redder. What do you think I got bit by? Do you think its harmful?Sorry about the spelling and stuff, but I'm like in a panic

Was it a bee, or horsefly? Try to put some ice on it, and my gramma used to put a paste from baking soda and water on our bites to make them stop itching! It worked! Are you allergic to stings? Maybe try some benedryl? Does it itch?
there was nothing that fies in the room. i did look in the room again and there was a big beetle bug, and a brown medium sized spider.
I would have heard a bee or horse fly
well I'm going to bed, if you dont see me on within a week, it was probably fatal. J/k. the swelling is going down now:) see ya
Thanks itsme
Hope it feels better! Horse fly and deer fly bites can really suck! Almost as bad as bee stings! I have never had a spider bite, but I would imagine they are sorta the same thing- swelling itching, etc...

Do you know what a brown recluse spider looks like? Those spiders are serious! My dad got bit by one.He has had to go through 7 surgeries for a bite on his a**.They are serious,if you dont know what one looks like ;you may want to look it on the computer and make sure that spider did not look like one. Let us know what happens! Go to doctor if you think it was one or it gets worse,Now Missy
